Pre-installed Klipper Firmware - 500mm/s Max Speed
The ELEGOO Neptune 4 comes with Klipper firmware pre-installed, as well as an ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core processor for faster command processing and execution, allowing it to print at an impressive speed of up to 500mm/s for increased efficiency. 8GB of RAM provides plenty of storage space for quick printing. Furthermore, the printer supports advanced features such as input shaping, which reduces mechanical vibrations in the printer's motion system and artefacts on the printed model surface such as ringing, rippling, ghosting, or echoing. The pressure advance function adjusts material flow based on printing speed, ensuring consistent nozzle pressure and reducing filament ooze or blobbing.
Potent Extrusion & Upgrade Hotend
The dual-gear direct extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio and increased gearing force for even filament extrusion and adequate discharge, weighing only 75% as much as the Neptune 3 Pro. Copper-titanium bimetal throat pipe with a one-of-a-kind air duct design for faster heat dissipation and less nozzle clogging. The nozzle with an extended hotend can withstand temperatures of up to 300°C in order to fully melt the filament, meeting the temperature requirements of high-temperature filaments such as nylon.
PEI Magnetic Platform
PEI magnetic platform with special coating and spring steel sheet for good adhesion and warping resistance, allowing for easy removal or ejection of printed models by bending the print steel sheet. The 250W hotbed heats up quickly to 110°C.
Stable and Quiet Printing
With silent drivers for all axes and noise levels below 50db, the ELEGOO Neptune 4 3D Printer is designed for quiet and precise printing. Its durable POM V-guide wheels move quietly, smoothly, and precisely. The Z-axis dual lead screw + Z-axis dual motor design improves synchronisation, increasing print head accuracy and stability.
Unparalleled Heat Dissipation Performance
In addition to the two thickened 4015 ball bearing cooling fans on either side of the print head, there are four additional 4020 ball bearing auxiliary fans behind the print head. This ensures omnidirectional rapid cooling of the freshly printed layers even at a high printing speed, and the hot filament that is deposited bonds with other hot filament quickly for better overhang and bridge results.
Removable Capacitive Touchscreen
The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touchscreen has a model preview function and a printing pause function for your convenience. It can be used either hand-held or fixed to the base. For viewing the model printing in low light, the gantry has a 30 bead LED light strip, a hood, and an LED light on the nozzle.
