How long will my order take?

Most orders are printed in 1 to 5 business days, and a lot of them are faster than that.

On FDM, a small part that prints in minutes or a couple of hours usually ships the same business day. If you have ordered several small parts, that often goes quicker still, because we split them across multiple machines and run them at the same time rather than one after another.

Large parts are what actually takes time. A single big piece has to print on one machine, start to finish, and there is no way to parallelise it.

The quote above shows your exact lead time before you pay, and that is the one we work to. Metal parts are confirmed when we send your quote. Shipping time is on top of that and depends on where you are.

Which material should I choose?

If you are not sure, print it in PLA first. It is the cheapest way to find out you got a dimension wrong.

FDM gives you PLA, ABS, PETG and TPU in ten colours. PLA is cheap and stiff, good for display models and fit checks, but it will not survive heat or direct sun. PETG is tougher and handles heat and chemicals better, so it suits enclosures and brackets that have a job to do. ABS handles heat best of all, which is why it goes into automotive and electrical housings. TPU is the flexible one, for seals, grips and gaskets.

Resin comes in Standard, Standard Clear, Flexible and Flexible 65D, in white and black. Choose it when the surface matters: fine detail, miniatures, jewellery masters. Clear is for parts you need to see through.

SLS uses Nylon PA12 and PA11 in white, MJF uses PA 12 in grey. Both give you nylon that is strong in every direction with no support marks, so they are the right call for end-use parts, living hinges, snap fits, and shapes FDM cannot support cleanly.

Metal is Stainless Steel 316L, Aluminium AlSi10Mg and Titanium Ti6Al4V, for production parts and tooling. We quote these by hand.

What is the maximum size you can print?

Anything bigger than this can still be made. We split it into sections and join them after printing. Upload your file, click Request Review, and we will quote it.

Resin200 × 200 × 200 mm
SLS300 × 300 × 300 mm
MJF380 × 280 × 380 mm
Metal250 × 250 × 300 mm
Why does my part show ₹30 but bill as ₹200?

₹30 is what the part itself costs in material and machine time. ₹200 is our minimum order value, and it applies per part.

Every job takes the same fixed effort no matter how small the part: preparing the file, setting up the printer, watching the print, cleaning it and packing it. A tiny part does not make any of that quicker, so there is a floor.

If your part costs less than the floor, you pay the floor. Once it costs more, the floor stops mattering and you just pay the calculated price.

The useful trick here is quantity. Since the floor is fixed, you can raise the quantity until the part cost catches up to it and pay nothing extra. One piece and six pieces can both come to ₹200. If you were going to want spares anyway, add them now.

Which technology should I choose?

Start with FDM. Move up to Resin only if you need the surface detail, and to SLS or MJF only if you need real strength or a shape FDM cannot hold. Metal is for parts that have to be metal.

FDM suits prototypes, jigs, fixtures and budget functional parts. You will see layer lines. From ₹200.

Resin suits fine detail, miniatures, jewellery masters and clear parts. Very smooth finish. From ₹1,000.

SLS suits strong end-use nylon parts and complex geometry. Matte, slightly grainy. From ₹2,000.

MJF does what SLS does with better consistency between batches. Matte and fine. From ₹2,000.

Metal suits production parts and tooling. Machined finish. Quoted by hand.

Do you offer any finishing or post-processing?

Support removal and basic cleanup are included in every order. Nothing else is part of the instant quote price.

We can also do basic spray painting and fit threaded inserts. Both cost extra and both depend on availability. Place your order first, then tell us what you need and we will confirm whether we can do it and what it will cost.

Is my design confidential? Do you keep my files?

Your design stays with us. We use your files to make your parts and nothing else. We do not share them, sell them or reuse them.

If you place an order we keep the files so you can reorder without uploading again. Quotes that never turn into orders are cleared after 90 days. Want yours gone sooner? Just ask.

What if my file has errors?

We repair every file before printing, which quietly fixes most of what goes wrong: non-manifold edges, open shells, inverted normals.

If something slips through and shows up during or after printing, we will call you. You can take the parts as they came out, or send us a corrected file and we will reprint at half the part cost.

Do you ship across India? What does it cost?

Yes, anywhere in India. Shipping is ₹150 on orders under ₹1,500, and free at ₹1,500 and above. Self pickup is always free.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout on the next page and we will raise the invoice against it. Do it before you pay. Once the invoice is generated the GSTIN cannot be added or changed.

Is there a limit on quantity?

There is no minimum. We print single pieces happily. You can order up to 1,000 units per part straight through the instant quote, and for anything larger click Request Review and we will quote it.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes. Pick Self Pickup in the quote above, which is free, and we will email you as soon as your order is ready. Bring your order ID and collect it from our Chennai facility.
