COB + Refractive Light Source

Equipped with a brand-new ACF release film designed specifically for the Saturn 3 Ultra, the printer delivers reduced release force and significantly improved print success rates. With one frosted side and one smooth side, this film enables printing speeds up to three times faster—reaching up to 150 mm/h when used with Elegoo Rapid standard resin—while maintaining excellent detail and reliability.
Printing Stability – Precision Z-Axis
The Saturn 3 Ultra features an integrated Z-axis system with a precision ball screw and dual linear guide rails. This robust mechanical structure ensures ultra-stable and accurate movement even at high printing speeds of up to 150 mm/h, effectively minimizing layer lines and delivering consistently smooth, high-quality prints.
4-Point Leveling System
The reliable 4-point leveling system uses four clockwise-tightening screws for precise and easy alignment. Once leveled, re-leveling is rarely required. A plug-in air purifier with an activated carbon filter reduces resin odors during printing, with additional USB support for dual purifiers or compatibility with the Elegoo MarsMate air purifier for up to 95% VOC reduction.
