I recently got a castle 3D printed by Makenica, and I was really impressed with the quality of the final print. The detailing and finish were excellent, and the entire process was smooth. The team was very helpful and professional throughout, especially Sanskar, the Design Engineer who guided me through the process and helped ensure everything turned out exactly as expected. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for their excellent 3D printing quality and supportive team.

There is a person named sanskar, who works in makenica, he has zero manners to talk, he identifies himself as an engineer, and denies to talk to non-engineering background. "And I shouldn't be talking to a person who's not from an engineer background so man up and keep quiet and let the engineers do their thing don't question our credibility". This is how he talks to his clients, he makes mistakes all along, the makenica company is very good, but because of this person, the whole prototyping has to suffer. Please if any project you need to execute, make sure he is not on your team. Now let me show you the power of marketing, Mr sanskar. Please reconsider working with them, would you like to work with someone who doesn't respect your profession? Overall satisfaction: really unprofessional, no respect for timelines.

I’m giving Makenica 5 stars because I don’t want the founders or the passionate team to be blamed for the behaviour of one irresponsible employee. My issue is specifically with Dayan, who was handling my 3D printing requirement. I reached out to him through website bot and he was positive at first about fulfilling the requirement. However something happened to this guy. I have been following up repeatedly for 4 days for a quotation, and every time there is some excuse like “I’m driving”, “I’m having lunch”, “I’m reaching the office”, etc. And then nothing. Being busy is understandable. Completely ignoring a prospective client and repeatedly failing to follow up is not. If you cannot take up the requirement, just say so. Don’t keep someone hanging and waste their time. I have heard very good things about Makenica and have a lot of respect for what the founders and team are building. But honestly, Dayan’s behaviour has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This review is specifically for him. One irresponsible employee should not define an otherwise good company, which is why I’m still giving Makenica 5 stars.
