My experience was quite disappointing. It took 5–6 days for the order to be delivered to Gujarat, which seems excessive. Once the payment and order confirmation were completed, there was very little communication from the company. I had to repeatedly ask for tracking information, but I was informed that the parcel was still awaiting packing. The delayed dispatch and lack of proper updates showed poor customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
