The Falcon2 Pro 60W is the flagship of Creality's enclosed desktop laser range, built for workshops, studios and small-batch production. Using FAC spot compression technology, twelve 5.5W diodes are combined into a single 60W beam, delivering the highest cutting throughput in the Falcon2 Pro series while remaining safe enough for a shared indoor space.

The Mightiest Cutting Ability

The 60W module cuts 22mm basswood, 30mm black acrylic and 0.2mm stainless steel sheet in a single pass. A three-level adjustable beam lets you move between aggressive cutting and detailed engraving without changing hardware, and integrated air assist adjusts airflow automatically so cuts come out clean rather than charred or yellowed. Because the material vaporises quickly at this power, cut faces stay clean instead of carbonising.

Bonus 1.6W Fine-Detail Module

A second 1.6W laser module is included in the box. With a much finer 0.06 x 0.06mm spot, it handles ultra-high-resolution engraving and delicate detail that a high-power module cannot resolve.

Enclosed and FDA Class 1 Certified

The full enclosure meets FDA Class 1 laser safety standards. Five safety systems back it up: a lid-open safety stop, five-direction collision sensors, an active tilt and drop stop, a security lock and an emergency stop button. A high-efficiency air purification system filters smoke and dust at a 99.97% purification rate.

Camera Positioning and Batch Work

A built-in top-mounted camera gives a full-frame view of the 400 x 400mm work area, so you can position multiple pieces at once with real-time preview and process a full bed in one batch. Triple monitoring keeps watch over airflow, lens cleanliness and flame status throughout the job.

Software and Workflow

Works with LightBurn, LaserGRBL and Creality's own Falcon Design Space on both Windows and macOS. Accepts JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, SVG and DXF files, supports offline operation from a TF card, and pairs with the Creality Rotary Kit Pro for engraving on cylindrical items such as tumblers, glassware and bats.
