Warranty


The Customer is entitled to claim warranty of the 3Ding product within the warranty period of One Year from the date of purchase of the product as mentioned in the invoice. The copy of the invoice and / or serial number of the product must be attached with the claim.

The Support or Warranty claim can be done by raising a ticket at our website, calling us at +91 8056 292 292, or by sending an email to [email protected].

  • Any expenses due to Warranty Claim after the expiration of the warranty period must be borne by The Customer.
  • Any damage to the components under cover, as listed in Annexure 2 of the Terms of Warranty and Support, is applicable for warranty claim
  • Any physical damage imposed by an individual or an entity to the component under cover must be borne by The Customer and is not entitled for warranty claim.
  • Any damage to the hotend of the printer due to mishandling or using low quality filaments, must be borne by The Customer and is not entitled for warranty claim.
  • Any physical damage imposed by water, fire, natural calamities or unexpected circumstances to the product or to the component under cover must be borne by The Customer and is not entitled for warranty claim.
  • Any damage imposed on the product due to mishandling of the product ,both physically or electrically, must be borne by The Customer and is not entitled for warranty claim.

In the event of a claim of warranty, the technical engineer and the support engineer of The Company has the right to determine if the claim is legitimate.

When the technical engineer or the support engineer of The Company finds the warranty claim inappropriate, the claim may be nullified.

When technical engineer or support engineer of The Company finds that the physical damage imposed on the product by an individual or an entity is masked as a legitimate claim of warranty, the serial number and invoice number of the product will be blacklisted and is not eligible for any form of support or warranty from The Company in the future.

Annexure - I

The terms under which the severity of the claim is mentioned as follows

Low Severity

Any claim made due to loss of extrusion, problem with bed calibration or bed leveling, problem with print quality and print resolution, or loss of response from the printer due to improper settings of the software and hardware falls under low severity and is given low priority of support.

Any low severity claim made will be handled by sending generalized online material or manual to solve the issue.

Medium Severity

Any claim made due to improper movement of the extruder head, loss of response from the printer, improper functioning of motors or failing of prints falls under medium severity and is given minimum priority of support.

Any medium severity claim will be handled by providing specific material other than the manual over the telephone or mail to solve the issue.

High Severity

Any claim made due to loss of functioning of thermistor, hotend or motors which involves replacement of the part is covered under high severity and is given maximum priority of support.

Any maximum priority claim made will be handled by constant monitoring over VoIP applications such as Whats App Video Calls or Google Meeting (Calls)

Annexure - II

The components under cover for warranty of the product are mentioned as follows:

  1. X, Y, Z, and Extruder Stepper Motors
  2. Wires, Cables and Connectors
  3. Smooth Rods / Blocks and Rails
  4. Limit Switches
  5. Sensors
  6. Pulleys and Gears
  7. Spacers, Holders and non-movable mechanical components
  8. Motherboard and other circuit board of the printer

  • 1 year warranty for main parts of 3D printer, wash & curing station
  • 3 Months warranty for LCD Screen

Elegoo

  • 1 year warranty for main parts of 3D printer, wash & curing station
  • 6 Months warranty for LCD screen, nozzle kit, and dual gear direct extruder kit

Anycubic

  • 1 year warranty for main parts of 3D printer, wash & curing station
  • 3 Months warranty for LCD Screen

Bambulabs

  • 1 year warranty for main parts of 3D printer
  • 3 Months warranty for extruder, AMS first stage feeder, AMS rotary spool holder, and SD card (Excluding extruder gear assembly, AMS feeding funnel, AMS spool claw)
