Key Features of Sunlu Standard Resin
Smooth Flow & High Print Success Rate

Sunlu Standard Resin's excellent flowability ensures uninterrupted printing from start to finish. The resin distributes evenly across every layer, reducing surface defects, minimising stringing and gaps, and significantly improving print success rates — even on complex geometries with fine overhangs and small features.
- Excellent flowability for stable, consistent layer formation.
- Minimises stringing, layer gaps, and surface defects.
- Improved success rates for complex geometries.
Low Odour for Comfortable Printing

Sunlu Standard Resin is formulated for minimal odour emission during printing, making it far more comfortable to use in home studios, offices, and shared spaces. Combined with its stable performance across extended print sessions, you can focus on your work rather than managing fumes.
- Optimised low-odour formula — suitable for home and office use.
- Stable performance across long multi-hour print sessions.
- Consistent results with minimal user intervention.
Strong, Fast & Versatile — Built for Every Print

Sunlu Standard Resin delivers on all fronts. Cured parts are hard and strong (45 MPa tensile, 86 Shore D hardness) — ready to sand, paint, or display straight off the printer. Cure times are fast: just 1.5–3.5 seconds per layer on monochrome screens, keeping your print queue moving efficiently. It suits everyone from first-time users to daily production printers, with 11 colour choices (solids, translucents, and clear) and six bottle sizes from 333g up to 4000g — so you always buy exactly what you need.
- Tensile: 45 MPa · Flexural: 57 MPa · Hardness: 86 Shore D.
- Mono cure: 1.5–3.5 s/layer · Colour LCD: 4–15 s/layer.
- Beginner-friendly and reliable for everyday professional use.
- 11 colours — solids, translucents, clear · 333g to 4000g.

Tips for Best Results
Shake Well Before Use
Shake the bottle for 1–2 minutes before each session. Pigments settle during storage — thorough mixing ensures even colour and predictable curing across every layer.
Calibrate Your Exposure
Start with 1.5–2 seconds for monochrome screens or 4–8 seconds for colour LCD. Run a calibration matrix print first to dial in the exact exposure for your printer and layer height.
Use IPA for Washing
Wash cured prints in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for 1–3 minutes. An ultrasonic cleaner or dedicated wash station gives the best results. Rinse with clean IPA then air dry.
Post-Cure for Full Strength
After washing and drying, UV cure under a 405 nm curing station for 5–15 minutes. This brings the resin to its maximum hardness (86 Shore D) and tensile strength (45 MPa).
Store Correctly
Keep sealed in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and UV sources. Filter unused vat resin back into the bottle. Ideal storage temperature 15–35°C. Shelf life approximately 1 year.
