Shake the bottle for 1–2 minutes before pouring. Pigments and additives settle over time — thorough mixing ensures consistent colour and performance across every layer.
Dial in Your Exposure Time
For monochrome LCD screens, start with 2–4 seconds per layer. For colour LCD screens, use 4–15 seconds. Run a calibration test before your first production print to nail exact settings.
Wash With Water Immediately
After printing, wash parts with clean water for 1–3 minutes. A soft brush helps remove resin from recesses. Avoid prolonged soaking — rinse promptly for best surface quality.
Post-Cure for Full Strength
After water washing and air drying, UV cure under a 405 nm station for 5–15 minutes. Post-curing achieves maximum hardness (77 Shore D) and tensile strength (26 MPa).
Store Correctly
Keep sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not mix used resin with fresh resin. Filter unused vat resin back into the bottle. Shelf life approximately 1 year.
