  Don't be fooled by their marketing gimmicks unless you want your hard earned money to go in drain. They are only a good story teller with false promises. Their printers are outdated with respect to the electronics and software. All generic chinese parts, the extruder, hot end, everything is generic The only thing they make is the cabinet and the build quality is so poor, the printer chassis are always twisted which can never give good print quality. The service people don't know the subject at all, the service head is very arrogant. I had an Aion, which I sold within a few months and bought Bambu Lab Printers, now I have peace of mind and the print qualities cannot be compared at all

  i had purchase machine from them in 2023, but after that within 3-4 months got levelling problem so asked their team to come and check but the service is so poor they never came... pathetic experience from indian brand just improve your after sale service not to try to earn money from everything
