  Go for Bambu Lab instead, don't buy these ZERO printers Don't be fooled by their marketing gimmicks unless you want your hard earned money to go in drain. They are only a good story teller with false promises. Their printers are outdated with respect to the electronics and software. All generic chinese parts, the extruder, hot end, everything is generic The only thing they make is the cabinet and the build quality is so poor, the printer chassis are always twisted which can never give good print quality. The service people don't know the subject at all, the service head is very arrogant. I had an Aion 500 MK2, Accucraft and Quantum 500 also , which I sold within a few months and bought Bambu Lab Printers, now I have peace of mind and the print qualities cannot be compared at all

  My company Vardhishnu Technologies Pvt Ltd has purchased a printer from DBZ. We are Pune based and there is no proper service in Pune. They asked me pay in advance but the service engineer visited after 12 days. My complaint to his visit almost 4 weeks. Now the particular engineer has left the job and the problem is unresolved for almost four months. Now their Delhi based engineer is helping me to solve the problem over phone. Don’t know why I paid such a huge amount for this printer.
