  I had a positive experience with Divide By Zero Technologies — the hardware is solid and well-engineered, and support staff are generally responsive. I appreciated how the team explained the capabilities clearly. Some areas like user interface and customer service responsiveness could be improved, but overall this is a trustworthy partner for industrial 3D printing needs.

  Finally I am submitting the review after almost 2 months from purchasing. The reason i did not put any review till now was because i wanted to check a few prints before i comment. I did face a problem initially,I would start but after sometime the print would fail or the quality deteriorated.But things changed once i learnt everything about bed adjustment from their support team. Trust me, till the point you are not experienced enough you would never like this machine. This printer is no doubt the best printer i have seen so far.

From consultation to installation, their team has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. The quality of prints has exceeded our expectations, and we are highly impressed with the performance of the printer.
