I sincerely regret not reading up on this company on google before going ahead with my order! Ordering from this company is the greatest mistake I’ve made this entire year! I ordered earrings and paid in full! Before payment I was told the piece would take about 2-3 weeks to be completed! Since June 12th! I kept sending messages with no response! Reached out to me July 28th explaining their offices had been flooded and asked me to send my address for it to be sent to Nigeria as they would want to cover the cost for shipping as compensation for the delay! I kept texting asking for updates, but specifically tracking details since he claimed they would be shipping with express service! This is a month after and what they claimed to have sent severally has not been delivered! They refuse to respond to calls or texts. Ignoring my messages for days! I asked them to send to my agent in mumbai and still they couldn’t do due diligence, following the said package! Despite my incessant calls and messages, still no response! The owner and his workers are liars!

I made a big mistake in ordering custom ring samples from Nien. The delivery time was supposed to be 2-3 weeks but even after 10 weeks, they haven't delivered the custom rings. Nitesh, owner of Nien Creations is a liar and have been making false promises of shipping the rings but have not shipped them so far. Now, he isn't responding to my messages even. I have wasted so much time waiting and trusting them. If you can't do what the customer wants, then let them know and refund the money. I don't understand the need for dragging the process and in the end, frustrating the customer and wasting their time. NOT recommended at all for any custom jewelry requirements. Please AVOID and save yourself time and money and try to find a better jewelry manufacturer.
