  Robu has honestly become one of my primary sources for electronics components in India, especially for projects where reliability actually matters. I work with a lot of DIY electronics, repair work, testing circuits, and custom boards, so component authenticity is very important for me. What I liked most is that they are not just selling random low-grade generic parts. They actually keep genuine branded inventory from manufacturers like Nichicon, Rubycon, Chemicon, Wurth, Mean Well, and many others. This is extremely important for engineers and hobbyists who understand the difference between original and counterfeit electronic parts. Their SMD inventory is also surprisingly deep. I was able to find several hard-to-source resistor values, capacitor ratings, connectors, headers, and miscellaneous components which are usually unavailable on most Indian electronics sites. Even after checking multiple suppliers, Robu was the only one where I could complete my BOM properly. Pricing is generally fair considering the quality and authenticity they provide. Packaging is among the best I have seen in this industry inside India. Components arrive safely packed with proper labeling and protection which gives confidence while ordering delicate parts. My only complaint is the website speed and search experience. Sometimes it genuinely feels like the server is overloaded or poorly optimized because even simple browsing takes too much time. If they improve that aspect, the overall experience would become near perfect. Overall though, very reliable supplier and I really hope they continue expanding because India genuinely needs more high-quality electronics component distributors like this.

  Pre sales and after Sale support is excellent if you have patience . Support executives try their best to communicate with you .... over email+ calls .. product enquiry & return process was smooth for me and RMA check and processing is genuine fr. transparent pack have generic which were goood and pink pack have kemmet high quality inducotor i had to return kemmet ones bcz i ordered wrong because i didnt reviewed datesheet properly , even after that return was easy with ticket system .. calling out "sohel" Crm backend executive . Thanks 😀
