  My humble review for Vektor 3D I purchased a 3D printer from Vektor3D on 24/06/2024. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. First issue: I was supplied what appeared to be their old stock—the older 2023 model. The side fan was excessively noisy. When I approached Vektor3D for assistance in replacing it, I did not receive the support I expected and eventually had to get the issue resolved myself. Second issue: I recently approached them regarding a Nozzle PCBA V12, a part that is not readily available on Amazon. Instead of providing reasonable after-sales assistance, I was told that they would send a technician, but I would have to pay ₹20,000 for the service. Initially, I thought this might have been a mistake—perhaps an extra zero had accidentally been added and the intended amount was ₹2,000. Unfortunately, during our phone conversation, they confirmed that the amount was indeed ₹20,000. For a printer that is only about two years old, I find this extremely unreasonable. In my opinion, this does not reflect proper after-sales support. To make matters worse, I was also told that I had not purchased the printer from Vektor3D. I had to search for my old purchase receipt and send it to them to prove that I was, in fact, their customer. A company should maintain proper customer purchase records and provide reasonable support for the products it sells. At this point, my two-year-old printer is effectively dead, and I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue has been handled. My recommendation For anyone considering purchasing a 3D printer from Vektor3D, based on my personal experience, my recommendation is a BIG NO. A good product is important, but after-sales service and customer support are equally important—especially when spare parts and technical assistance are required.
